Safe account access and recovery

Use the existing account

The BongoBongo login page is for an account that has already been registered. It asks for the registered phone number and a password or four-digit numeric PIN. A separate option allows login with a one-time verification code sent to the phone.

This differs from registration. If no account exists, use the registration page instead of repeatedly submitting details to the login form.

Check the hostname before entering credentials

Search results can include lookalike sites that imitate the brand or claim extra login methods. The current official form does not ask for an email address or username. Begin from BongoBongo’s Zambia page and inspect the hostname before entering the phone number, password, PIN or OTP.

Avoid saving credentials on a shared device. If another person can unlock the phone, log out when the session ends and do not leave the OTP visible in notifications.

Recovering a forgotten PIN

The Forgotten Password page asks for the mobile number registered with the account. It accepts the local formats shown on the form and sends a new PIN by SMS. Use only your own registered number.

If the SMS does not arrive, avoid making many new requests in quick succession. Check the number and network connection, wait for the latest message, then use the support page if the issue remains. Do not open a second account to work around recovery.

Login does not settle every account check

Successful access means the credential was accepted. It does not prove that every registration, identity or payment check is complete. A withdrawal can still require the account and mobile-money details to match.

Check the payments page before funding the account and the withdrawal page before requesting money back. Never send support a password, PIN or OTP as proof of account ownership.

Mobile app and browser access

The same account can be used through the Android app or the mobile website. Downloading the APK does not create a second account. The app page explains the official installation path and browser access for iPhone.

If access problems coincide with a need to stop gambling, treat that as a wellbeing issue rather than a technical login problem. BongoBongo publishes deposit-limit and self-exclusion options; the support page explains where to start.

Return to the BongoBongo account page

Open the operator login page only when you are ready to enter your own account details.

Login questions

What can I use to log in?
The public form asks for a phone number and either a password or four-digit PIN. It also offers a one-time-code option.
How do I recover a forgotten PIN?
Use Forgotten Password and enter the registered mobile number. BongoBongo says it sends a new PIN by SMS.
Should I create a second account if login fails?
No. Use recovery or support. A duplicate account can complicate identity and payment checks.
Will support ask for my OTP?
Keep passwords, PINs and one-time codes private. Use the operator’s own recovery flow for credentials.
